Turning left through a filter lane
Give way to pedestrians and to traffic from the right.
Releasing the clutch suddenly when moving off
The engine stalls. Release it slowly to the biting point, then gradually.
Flashing amber traffic lights
The lights are out of order: slow down and watch for other traffic.
Junction with no traffic lights: turning right
Give way to traffic going straight from all directions, traffic turning right from your right, and traffic turning left from the opposite side.
Riding slowly in the right-hand lane
Road hogging: it can make others overtake dangerously on the left. Keep left.

In good weather, stay at least three seconds behind the vehicle in front.

A vehicle's image growing bigger in your mirror
It is travelling faster than you.
