Termination.

The useage of this web system will terminate immediately without notice from sgdriving.net if you fail to comply with any provision of this aggrement. upon termination, you must not access any part of the web system and its related documentation.

Limited Warranty and Disclaimer.

you expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the web system is at your sole risk. sgdriving.net does not warrant that the functions contained in the web system will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the web system will be corrected.

furthermore, sgdriving.net does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the web system and related documentation in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

no oral or written information or advice by sgdriving.net or a sgdriving.net authorized representative shall create warranties and/or conditions or in any way increase the scope of this limited warranty. you (and not sgdriving.net) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.

Limitation of Liability.

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall sgdriving.net be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the web system or related documentation, even if sgdriving.net or a sgdriving.net authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
